Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Support: Provide support in the execution of daily operations, assisting with inventory management, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Order Processing: Assist in order fulfillment processes, including packaging, labeling, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Stock Management: Support stock management activities by monitoring stock levels, performing regular stock counts, and coordinating with the team for inventory replenishment.
- Customer Support: Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, or general product information.
- Logistics Coordination: Support logistics coordination by liaising with courier services to ensure efficient and accurate shipment tracking and delivery.
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and operational activities.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing operational tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Familiarity with basic inventory and stock management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
