Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations Support: Provide support in the execution of daily operations, assisting with inventory management, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks.
  • Order Processing: Assist in order fulfillment processes, including packaging, labeling, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Stock Management: Support stock management activities by monitoring stock levels, performing regular stock counts, and coordinating with the team for inventory replenishment.
  • Customer Support: Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, or general product information.
  • Logistics Coordination: Support logistics coordination by liaising with courier services to ensure efficient and accurate shipment tracking and delivery.
  • Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and operational activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing operational tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory and stock management processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
