Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with invoicing, quotations, and payment processing
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and company documents
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and assist walk-in customers
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when needed
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
  • Perform other general clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Age 20 to 30 years old preferred
  • Fresh graduates & SPM leavers are welcome to apply!
  • No experience needed – we provide on-the-job training
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
