Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with invoicing, quotations, and payment processing
- Maintain and update records, reports, and company documents
- Answer phone calls, emails, and assist walk-in customers
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when needed
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
- Perform other general clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Age 20 to 30 years old preferred
- Fresh graduates & SPM leavers are welcome to apply!
- No experience needed – we provide on-the-job training
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
