Requirements:
- Candidates must possess or pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:-Business Administration, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Economics, Business Marketing or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive working attitude.
- Great communication and presentation skills, as well as fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Support strong teamwork, good communication, and a happy work environment.
- Allowance: RM800/month
- Working Days: Mon-Fri (Sat if special tasks)
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Reports Required (Templates Provided):
- Daily: Attendance, tasks, issues/complaints, payments collected
- Weekly: Facility bookings, inspections, pending vendor work, procurement
- Monthly: Building, operations, and finance summaries

Executive Support Intern Duties:
- Collect service charges, water charges, sinking funds, insurance, quit rent, assessments, and interest.
- Issue invoices and receipts for maintenance, parking, and other services.
- Engage and manage service providers to maintain common property and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, lifts, and service machinery professionally.
- Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices to avoid penalties.
- Handle petty cash listings, claims, and disbursements.
- Prepare payment listings and obtain approval for vouchers and cheques.
- Maintain accurate records of parcel owners, proprietors, and tenants.
- Manage residents' bookings, renovations, and moving processes.
- Address inter-floor leakages, access card management, and defaulters' action plans.
- Compile and submit monthly maintenance reports and residents' feedback summaries.
- Attend and assist in council meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs).
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and yearly budgets for JMB/MC approval.
- Call for tenders and advise on award decisions.
- Ensure service providers perform duties effectively and promptly.
- Respond to emergencies and conduct site visits as needed.
- Apply for government licenses, certificates, and approvals.
- Maintain and organize documents, manuals, and drawings securely.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents.
- Address and resolve nuisances on the property.
- Provide daily reports on tasks, collections, and attendance.
