  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a full time service crew member to join our team at our kiosk at Paradigm Mall. This role requires working closely with the Store Supervisor/Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about plant-based food and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Supervisor/Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and assisting them in selecting products.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Ensure the kiosk is always well-stocked, clean and visually appealing.
  • Monitor product freshness and quality, reporting any issues to the Store Supervisor/Manager.
  • Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain a positive, team oriented work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in F&B, retail or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Interest in plant-based food is a plus
