Role : Live Customer Service Agent : Japanese speaker
Location : Damansara Uptown, Imazium
Working days / Hour : Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:
Call Center Sales Agent responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving
sales ecommerce revenue for clients.
Assist customers in purchasing client products online, by walking them step by step
through purchase, or building a custom cart and sending the link to the customer for purchase.
When customer is unable to purchase online, create sales lead in CRM to be serviced by sales team
Triage support and billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate channels
Requirements :
Min Diploma / Degree in any field.
Local with JLPT N1 or native Japanese At least 1 year experience in BPO Customer Service or sales
Experience as a sales representative in a call center environment
Direct SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience
Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience
Salesforce CRM experience preferred
Knowledge of solution-selling technique
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
