Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Car Wash Supervisor cum Runner to oversee daily car wash operations and ensure high-quality service. This role involves supervising the car wash team, maintaining equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling deliveries as a runner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the car wash team, ensuring efficient operations and high service standards.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
  • Manage daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of car wash equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility.
  • Work as a runner for pickups and deliveries (eg: visa submission to imigresen)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations, inventory, and customer transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a car wash or automotive service industry is preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctual, reliable, and responsible attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
