Responsibilities:
HR
1)Employee relations
- Managing employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment
- Handling disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
2)Training and development
- Compile relevant training documents.
- Maintains employee information in Training Record by entering and updating employment status- change data.
- Prepare documentation, booking the training for crew/ staff Melaka.
3)Payroll and record keeping
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves)
- Maintaining and updating employee records including attendance, leave and others relevant information.
4)Compliance and Legal support
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant labor law and regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and ethical work environment.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
5)Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
