Key Responsibilities
1. Shopee Management:
- Manage and optimize the Shopee storefront, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Implement effective keyword strategies for product visibility and SEO ranking.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Plan and execute Shopee Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
2. TikTok Marketing:
- Develop and execute engaging TikTok marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Create short-form video content tailored to TikTok trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators for promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better ROI.
3. Content Creation & Strategy:
- Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy for Shopee and TikTok.
- Stay updated on the latest platform trends and integrate them into marketing strategies.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging postings.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track performance on Shopee and TikTok platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports on KPIs, including sales growth, engagement, and ROI.
5. Market Research:
- Analyze competitors’ activities on Shopee and TikTok to identify opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success on Shopee and TikTok platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media marketing.
- Creative and innovative approach to campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Shopee Seller Center, and TikTok Analytics.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and basic graphic design is an added advantage.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
