Job Description:
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Perform checking and calculation on wages of part timer and intern, ensuring payout in accurate and timely manner
- Generate and distribute monthly time attendance of permanent and contract employees in timely manner
- Perform checking on monthly attendance and update to attendance system to ensure data are up-to-date for easy monitoring
- To provide secretarial and administration function for the department
- Deal with employee requests
- Assist to compiling and updating employee records
- Assist in preparing report to the management
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary
- Ensures that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements are effectively carried out

Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM / Diploma, Advanced / Higher degree in Human Resources, Business Studies
- Computer literate with good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Possess excellent networking skills outside the corporation to identify potential talents, external trends, best practices and recruiter management
