Job Description:

  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Perform checking and calculation on wages of part timer and intern, ensuring payout in accurate and timely manner
  • Generate and distribute monthly time attendance of permanent and contract employees in timely manner
  • Perform checking on monthly attendance and update to attendance system to ensure data are up-to-date for easy monitoring
  • To provide secretarial and administration function for the department
  • Deal with employee requests
  • Assist to compiling and updating employee records
  • Assist in preparing report to the management
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary
  • Ensures that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements are effectively carried out
  • Fresh graduated welcome to apply

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM / Diploma, Advanced / Higher degree in Human Resources, Business Studies
  • Computer literate with good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Possess excellent networking skills outside the corporation to identify potential talents, external trends, best practices and recruiter management

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9.00am to 6.00pm

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
