- Responsible for complete, accurate & on-time preparation of claims and petty cash expenses
- Complete, accurate & on-time data entry of AP & AR
- Complete, correct and on-time payments made with proper supporting documents during payment processing
- Provide correct handling of documents from clients for data entry and filing
- Reconcile vendor and/or client statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Manage the printing and preparation of monthly statement of accounts to clients and inter-co team to perform reconciliation
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
