  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Managethe full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional networks.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, social events, and employee recognition programs.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and appreciated.

Culture:

  • Champion company values and contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong company culture.
  • Organize and participate in company-wide events and celebrations.
  • Promote employee well-being and work-life balance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduated with at least Diploma in business administration, human resources or other related business majors.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
