Role

You are a business development executive, which means that you will be doing sales for the company. This is a digital agency and web development is our core service. You must be familiar and have experience doing sales – building rapport, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing.

Responsibilities

  • Get on sales calls, eMeets and take sales meetings.
  • Doing lead generation at in-person events.
  • Following up with leads.
  • During the sales meeting: building rapport, qualifying by asking questions, overcoming objections and closing.
  • Knowing the product knowledge of our core web development package.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Speed and clarity in communication (5min reply times on whatsapp during working hours)
  • Willing to work outside of working hours.
  • Willing to travel to Singapore, perhaps two to three times per week, if required. Please do NOT apply if you are not willing to do this.

Results

  • You will generate sales for the company and hit your target.

Location

  • Johor Bahru, Malaysia
  • Singapore (Must be willing to travel to Singapore. Willing to travel to Singapore, perhaps two to three times per week, if required. Please do NOT apply if you are not willing to do this.)

Availability

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to close sales.

Salary

  • Basic: 4500 to 5500 MYR per month
  • Commission: 5% Commission Tier If Monthly Target If Hit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johor Bahru (Johor Bahru): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B Business Development / Sales: 1 year (Required)
