  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Promote and demonstrate the company's products to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with company objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, providing insights into performance and market conditions.
  • Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management on market dynamics and pricing strategies.
  • Responsible for trade spend & monitor ROI for each investment, keep track of trade spend vs budget & update management on monthly basic.
  • Good leadership skills, provide direction & set appropriate sales target for team members.
  • Conduct monthly sales meeting with team of sales achievement, challenge, collection, disputes & future plan.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min 2 – 5 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
