Job Description:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Promote and demonstrate the company's products to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with company objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, providing insights into performance and market conditions.
- Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management on market dynamics and pricing strategies.
- Responsible for trade spend & monitor ROI for each investment, keep track of trade spend vs budget & update management on monthly basic.
- Good leadership skills, provide direction & set appropriate sales target for team members.
- Conduct monthly sales meeting with team of sales achievement, challenge, collection, disputes & future plan.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 2 – 5 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
