Pastry

  • Follow the production schedule given by the Pastry Chef each day
  • Produce pastry products per company standards and instructions laid out by the Pastry Chef
  • To assist the Pastry Chef in the creation of desserts
  • To ensure that daily desserts preparations meet outlined recipes including portion size, quantity and quality.
  • Scale and prepare simple toppings per company recipes
  • Consolidate containers of glazes, fillings, and toppings at the end of the day
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas including but not limited to tables, shelves, microwaves, mixers, and floors
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment and tools used daily and report any malfunctions to the Pastry Chef immediately
  • Complete and submit cleaning checklists at designated times
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned

Quality

  • Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests.
  • Neatly, and quickly, packing all donut orders.
  • Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination on the front line

Inventory

  • Helping put away deliveries of boxes, paper goods, and other inventory items as needed when delivered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
