About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketplace & E-Commerce Manager to drive sales and growth on Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and our website. If you have experience in e-commerce, love analyzing sales data, and know how to optimize marketplace performance, this role is for you!
Your mission? Increase revenue, optimize operations, and create a seamless shopping experience for customers while leading a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do
1) Grow Sales & Optimize Performance
- Plan and execute sales strategies to boost revenue across Shopee, Lazada, and our website.
- Optimize store rankings, pricing, and promotions to maximize conversions.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to stay ahead.
2) Manage Marketplace Operations
- Ensure product listings are SEO-friendly, well-written, and visually appealing.
- Work with inventory and logistics teams to prevent stock shortages and late deliveries.
- Coordinate with the marketing and livestream team to drive traffic to our stores.
- Be Hands-on with the livestream team to do anything needed to hit Sales KPI
3) Lead & Collaborate with Teams
- Lead and mentor the marketplace team, ensuring smooth execution and team growth.
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the Livestream & KOL teams to boost engagement and sales.
4) Negotiate & Build Strong Marketplace Relationships
- Work with Shopee & Lazada account managers to secure better deals, promotions, and visibility.
- Ensure our brand gets prime positioning during major campaigns (11.11, 12.12, Raya sales, etc.).
- Explore new marketplace opportunities, including TikTok Shop and niche platforms.
5) Track & Report Performance
- Monitor and report on sales, ad spend, and customer behavior.
- Use data to improve product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates to ensure we’re on track for growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in marketplace operations (Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms).
- Proven track record of growing sales and optimizing store performance.
- Strong analytical skills – you love working with data and making smart decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills – able to work with marketplace account managers to get the best deals.
- Leadership experience – comfortable managing a team and driving results.
- Good communication & teamwork – able to work across different departments smoothly.
- Highly organized – able to manage multiple projects without missing deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
