Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position involves understanding client needs, market trends, and using strong negotiation skills to secure business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Opportunity Identification:
  • Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to develop strategic business approaches.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to the client's needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business and generating revenue.
  • Create detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance and growth.
  • Conduct negotiations and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Networking and Market Research:
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to increase visibility and brand presence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams about market needs and customer feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
