Job Description
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
- To assist the IT Manager in the implementation of guidelines and procedures for the IT Dept.
- To assist the IT Manager in providing relevant support and back-up assistance for software development for the Company.
- To undertake maintenance works for all hardware in the Company.
- To provide basic technical assistance and advice to users when dealing with faulty software and hardware.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Certificate in Computer Studies and/or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years’ working experience in a similar capacity preferably from a building and construction industry.
- Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
- Computer knowledge in PC troubleshooting and software development.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
