Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Greet customers promptly and with a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist customers in placing their orders and provide menu recommendations.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.

Order Management

  • Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen or bar.
  • Ensure orders are delivered promptly and correctly.
  • Check on customers during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assist with setup and teardown of dining spaces for events or special occasions.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and cleanliness.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments.
