Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers promptly and with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in placing their orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Order Management
- Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen or bar.
- Ensure orders are delivered promptly and correctly.
- Check on customers during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist with setup and teardown of dining spaces for events or special occasions.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and cleanliness.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
