  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • To manage, troubleshoot and monitor the infrastructure, and provide on-going support for the information system hardware, software application systems, antivirus, email, firewall, networking, printers, telephone PABX system, CCTV are operating efficiently.
  • Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management of the company's network systems, servers, storage systems and desktop support systems.
  • Supports all Network LAN/WAN/Security/VoIP by designing, implementing, and troubleshooting needed data connectivity. The Network Engineer will work with other Network Engineers, Network System Administrators, and 3rd party vendors; stay up to date on new solutions and recommend ways that can better support CNO.
  • Responsible for computer related software (hardware & software) at Office, printers, switches, cabling – LAN (Local) and WAN (Wide).
  • Close liaison with Authorized Service Partner to ensure consistent understanding of technical issues and communicate the commercial impact to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and maintain office Meeting Rooms Video Conference and Audio Visual (AV) System Setup.
  • Responsible for the installation, deployment, management, and maintenance of windows system, including Active Directory (AD) domain settings, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name System (DNS) and system security hardening.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues.
  • Managing inventory & spares of IT equipment.
  • Maintaining proper (Turn Around Time) TAT of PC / printer repairs with vendors.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of network access, server structure, directory structure, user access and user profile.
  • Ensure the security of data, policy, devices, and backup system up to date.
  • To work with consultants in implementing new systems.
  • To address and follow up on IT issues which cannot be solved immediately.
  • To provide overall IT support in managing hardware/networking system of Company
  • Maintain and manage network and security appliances: Firewall, switch, router etc.
  • Troubleshoot network issue within SLA.
  • Monitor and solve security alerts.
  • Involved in IT network infrastructure design for new project implementation.
  • Monitor and perform network health checks on performance and availability.
  • Create and manage Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan.
  • Create documentation for IT infrastructure and setup information.
  • Troubleshoot PC/Laptop and network whenever necessary.
  • Ensure proper recording and close of all issues.
  • Monitoring and managing day to day internal IT Infrastructure operations.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
  • Close liaison with Authorized Service Partner to ensure consistent understanding of technical issues and communicate the commercial impact to key stakeholders.
  • Daily System Administration and support (Accounts creation, termination, etc...).
  • Documentation (Inventory, IT Drawings, IT related documentation).
  • Communication with IT Vendors in various categories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
