About the role

TNO Project Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Monitoring the work of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality control measures
  • Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, material usage, and safety incidents
  • Providing regular progress reports to the management team and clients
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
  • Thorough understanding of construction practices, methods, and safety regulations
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed
  • Candidates who are Permit Holders (PH) and have experience with Meinhardt/Shell projects will have an added advantage.
  • Position is open to Malaysian citizens only.
