  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

Rahman Brothers Sdn Bhd is looking for a Sales Manager (Automotive) to lead and manage our sales team. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales performance, train sales staff, and develop effective strategies to boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop a team of automotive salespeople.
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed quotas.
  • Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and improving performance.
  • Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters.
  • Assist in answering customer inquiries and resolving issues when needed.
  • Coordinate and lead regular sales meetings with the sales team.
  • Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and attract new prospects.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Compile and present regular sales reports for dealership management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, analyze sales performance, and provide training/support to sales staff.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
