Executive, Ride Control Tower Operations
As a Ride Control Tower Operations Executive, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to various projects and initiatives while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Below are the skills, qualifications, and experiences we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
Duties
Manage advance booking operations such as B2B job card creation, driver assignment, problem resolution and drivers movement monitoring
Ensure service fulfillment are being adhered to and ensure minimum of 93% job completed with 0% cancellation by system
Handle any quick queries from drivers and customers related to the advance bookings service
Develop and maintain good relationships with both airasia ride drivers and customers
Develop and maintain good relationships with B2B Partner, customer, airasia ride drivers and Interco.
Statistically understanding and develop report of operations
Work closely with internal teams to meet advance booking operations needs

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor degree in any fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations/ customer service (preferable logistic/ ride hailing)
To be based in KL Sentral/Puchong Office.
Willing to work in a shift basis
