  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed 2D and BIM drawings for electrical systems, including Single-line diagrams, Electrical layout plans and System schematics
  • Develop and maintain Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.
  • Prepare and present 3D models during BIM meetings, ensuring all M&E coordination requirements are met.
  • Ensure all drawings are prepared in submission format, including Title block, notes, and legends AND Drawings to the correct scale and project specifications
  • Coordinate BIM models with consultants, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth exchange of information.
  • Attend site walks as required by engineers and managers to verify on-site conditions and ensure model accuracy.
  • Monitor and ensure drawing submission schedules are met according to project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Engineering or higher .
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, preferably from the construction industry.
  • Certifications in Autodesk AutoCAD (Advanced Module) & Revit MEP (Advanced Module).
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, electrical schematics, and system layouts.
  • Team player who can collaborate with internal staff, including site foremen, supervisors, engineers, and client BIM representatives.
  • Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with project teams.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
