Building Defect Admin
1. Delivery of vacant possession.
- Liaise and coordinate with client’s departments on vacant possession matters.
- Set appointment with purchasers for handing over of unit.
- To inspect the unit before and after Vacant Possession, to ensure units are properly
completed before handing over to purchasers.
2. Defect Management
- To handle high level of defect complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Monitor defect complaints aging throughout the Defect Liability Period(DLP) using the provided Application/System.
- Liaise/coordinate with relevant departments to rectify defects and take follow up actions
in a timely manner.
- To ensure proper documentation for all works mentioned above .
3. Prepare a monthly report for Delivery of vacant possession and Defect Management.
4. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction/Architecture/Building Services/Property Management/Building Surveying
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to coordinate site work independently with minimum supervision, good interpersonal skills, meticulous, confident, high analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and technology savvy.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday = 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Saturday = 8.30 am - 1 pm. Sunday/Public holiday = Off day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
