About the role
Work Location: Malaysia

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Support Specialist to work alongside QA/QC Engineers and manufacturing personnel, providing production expertise to resolve quality issues within operations. This role involves assisting Quality Engineers in ensuring products meet internal and external customer requirements at every stage of manufacturing. Responsibilities include conducting relevant testing, implementing corrective actions for non-conformance issues, and reporting quality data while ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensures that all of the parts, materials, and services that a company produces are of a consistently high standard
  • Ensure that a product meets all of the customer requirements and standards
  • Able to review and evaluate test reports, change requests, and inspection reports
  • Able to review and evaluate problem reports and quality complaints
  • Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.
  • Ensuring production is not hindered by quality testing procedures

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as an Inspection or quality technician.
  • Understanding of advanced mathematical concepts.
  • High-level of visual awareness.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Experience drafting reports and collating data.
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills
