Job Description:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferable Mandarin speaker as need to handling Mandarin speaker clients.

Working Hours:

  • 5 working days per week, 8 hours per day (flexible clock-in time)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
