  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview: Hasilwan is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Communications Specialist to drive PR efforts, manage brand communications, and execute employer branding initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing Hasilwan’s brand voice, managing relationships with external PR agencies, and creating compelling content that enhances Hasilwan’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic communications plans for Hasilwan’s brand, positioning, and PR outreach, with a focus on increasing visibility in the energy sector.

Manage relationships with PR agencies and handle media outreach to generate press coverage and enhance Hasilwan’s public relations efforts.

Craft compelling content (press releases, blog posts, newsletters, etc.) that tells Hasilwan’s brand story and communicates key messages.

Work with the content creation team to produce high-quality content for external platforms, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent aligned with Hasilwan’s core values and mission, ensuring alignment of internal and external messaging.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to capture client testimonials and success stories to use in marketing materials.

Lead social media planning and content creation to maintain an active and engaged social presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in brand communication, public relations, and content creation.

Strong writing skills with experience creating various types of content (press releases, blog posts, case studies, social media posts).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and public relations practices.

Experience in employer branding, with an understanding of how to attract and retain top talent.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
