Responsibilities:

  • Handle and ensure accuracy of daily cash collection
  • Prepare daily collection report
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate and issue receipts
  • To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
  • Responsible for daily administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
  • Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/ Diploma's in Business Administration, Account or equivalent.
  • Work experience as a Retail Cashier
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash register and POS
  • Good math skills
  • Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Digital Mall, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
