Responsibilities:
- Handle and ensure accuracy of daily cash collection
- Prepare daily collection report
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate and issue receipts
- To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
- Responsible for daily administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
- Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/ Diploma's in Business Administration, Account or equivalent.
- Work experience as a Retail Cashier
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash register and POS
- Good math skills
- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Digital Mall, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
