  • Welcome and register guests with attention to detail.

  • Handle guest requests and phone calls with professionalism.
  • Assist in promoting hotel services (rooms, restaurants, etc.).
  • Support the preparation of daily shift reports and logs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Students pursuing a degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
