Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Filing HR Documents in a correct order and initiate filing system methods if necessary.
  • Send documents via internal delivery to the stores.
  • Follow up with store management for the acknowledged copies of the correspondent letters.
  • Assist in the collection of documents for stores hiring and prepare the personal files.
  • Support operations team by prepare relevant forms/documents accordingly.
  • Maintain office stationaries and pantry items are stock up on bi-weekly basis or as and when.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and events;
  • Assist in training arrangements (if required)
  • Assist in recruitment (if required)
  • To support in any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Administrative or any related field
  • Good in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Duration: Preferably 4 - 6 months
  • Self-Starter

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
