Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Filing HR Documents in a correct order and initiate filing system methods if necessary.
- Send documents via internal delivery to the stores.
- Follow up with store management for the acknowledged copies of the correspondent letters.
- Assist in the collection of documents for stores hiring and prepare the personal files.
- Support operations team by prepare relevant forms/documents accordingly.
- Maintain office stationaries and pantry items are stock up on bi-weekly basis or as and when.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events;
- Assist in training arrangements (if required)
- Assist in recruitment (if required)
- To support in any other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Administrative or any related field
- Good in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
- Duration: Preferably 4 - 6 months
- Self-Starter
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
