The Order to Cash Intern will assist the Order to Cash team in managing the end-to-end process from order initiation to cash collection. This internship offers hands-on experience in various critical functions including invoicing, follow-up on signed delivery orders, vendor registration, and collection efforts. The intern will gain exposure to the company's financial systems and processes while supporting the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling Non-Due Invoices: Reach out to clients to confirm receipt of invoices and verify any issues related to non-due invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Follow-Up on Signed Delivery Orders (DO): Coordinate with relevant departments and clients to ensure that signed delivery orders are obtained and processed for billing purposes.
- Assist in Collection Activities: Provide support in collection efforts by following up with clients regarding overdue payments, maintaining records, and preparing reports for management review.
- Vendor Registration Support: Assist in the vendor registration process by ensuring that vendor information is accurately entered into the system and all required documentation is complete.
- Other Duties Related to Order to Cash Activities: Assist in additional tasks related to the Order to Cash process, including document management, data entry, reporting, and other administrative functions as required.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience or coursework in finance or accounting is a plus, but not required.
