About the role

The Intern, Technology Transfer will be involve in R&D Technology Transfer and Packaging Development Department during the internship period including but not limited to the following learnings/trainings:

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Generate key documents including the Technology Transfer Checklist, Feasibility Study Plans, Technology Transfer Report, New Production Introduction Form, compilation of scale up and exhibit batch data.
  • Preparation of documents like SOPs, Sampling Protocols, Scale up batch protocols and Reports for the scale up batches, Change control, Risk assessment etc.
  • Assist in the execution of Scale up, Exhibit, and Process Validation batches.
  • Collect and tabulate the process optimization/scale up data generated during optimization/scale up and exhibit batches for cross functional review.
  • Collect and document all Technology Transfer technical aspects and process improvement data from executed batches.
  • Preliminary screening and review of executed Exhibit Batches documents including BMRs, BPRs.
  • Ensures adherence to cGMP requirements, Guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Any other task provided by the superiors.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Technology Transfer or equivalent.
  • Preferably Final Year candidate with 6 months internship requirement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis. (i.e., mathematical formula, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in high-pressure and ambiguous environments and work towards delivering results
  • Proficient communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Must be willing to work at Bandar Baru Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM999.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
