  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, an USA MNC specializing in the packaging industry, is hiring experienced Customer Service to join their team in Johor Bahru. This role needs to coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful order fulfillment.

  • Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Packaging)
  • Location: SiLC, Iskandar Puteri
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
  • Remuneration: Basic salary, AWS

Responsibilities:

  • Processes customer orders and acknowledges them within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to refine customer specifications and set realistic shipping dates.
  • Follows up on order-related risks with manufacturing, engineering, and production teams as needed.
  • Updates customers on manufacturing progress or delays, offering alternatives to ensure satisfaction when necessary.
  • Records and tracks customer complaints following established procedures.
  • Works with Regional Sales Managers to manage information requests, technical details, and quotes; identifies and pursues growth opportunities.
  • Ensures clear, responsive communication with customers, exceeding their expectations.
  • Interfaces across teams, resolves issues, manages projects, and prioritizes tasks effectively.
  • Summarizes data for Customer Service and Sales management.
  • Demonstrates strong teaching, consulting, and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field, preferably in B2B customer service.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy (Microsoft Office, etc).
