  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the on-site execution of interior design projects, with a focus on commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also monitor site progress, facilitate progressive billing, and track collections to ensure smooth project delivery and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure work aligns with approved design plans, 3D renderings, and client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, schedule, and budget, providing regular updates to department director.
  • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
  • Monitor site progress and inform the accounts team to issue progressive billing based on milestones achieved.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly and communicate effectively with the design team and project managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and incident reports.
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings, 3D renderings, and technical specifications.
  • Experience in managing commercial interior design projects will be prioritized.
  • CIDB Green Card certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
