Position: Business Development Executive (Sales)
Job Summary
· Professional Selling: To sell to Corporate Companies training programs and consulting services for working adults.
Job Description
· Achieve assigned sales targets.
· Develop and implement sales strategies and goals.
· Generate leads and reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
· Approach prospective customers, win new clients, and maintain strong business relationships.
· Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products (training) and services
· Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
· Create and deliver product presentations to mid and senior-level management.
· Lead the development of business proposals for clients.
Job Requirements
· Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English & Bahasa Malaysia
· Knowledge of sales and consulting techniques is a pre-requisite
· Ability to understand new products and services quickly and to bring to the market
· Ability to engage clients at various levels of the organization and explain the products and services in depth
Qualification & Experience
· Qualification Diploma/ Degree
· Years of Experience 2 years or more
