  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a talented 3D/Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry and be well-versed in 3D software such as 3D Studio Max and AutoCAD. As a 3D/ID Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders, drawings and models for visualization and presentation of project.

Objectives of this role:

  • Work on a wide range of projects using various software programs to visualise and develop renderings or drawings to meet project goals.
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the creative team to meet deadlines. Stay within budgets and timelines based on project briefs which may include 5 or more simultaneous projects.
  • Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
  • Update and maintain internal database for 3D and designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts, digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings and fixtures in accordance to the brief.
  • The ability to produce high realism renderings for projects is a must.
  • Develop the renovation timeline and coordinate with Site manager, contractors and vendors to implement design ideas.
  • Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.
  • To work closely with the Creative Director and Creative team.

Required skills:

  • Advance Experience in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop & Shop Drawing.
  • Advance rendering software of preference (3DS Max, V-ray, Lumion, Enscape, Blender & etc.)
  • Experiences in Retail / Commercial and Residential interior designing
  • Ability to perform well under pressure under fast moving pace & good team player.
  • Willingness to learn & take initiative in work.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking and ability to manage timelines.
  • Ability to work long hours even on weekends if required.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in professional interior design.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in interior design.
  • Interested candidates must submit relevant portfolios before an interview with the Creative Director can be arranged.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
