Position: Customer Experience Operations ( 1 year contract)
Location: Uptown Damansara
Basic Salary: RM2700 - RM3000 (based on education and experience)
Working Time: Monday to Friday (8AM/9AM - 6PM/7PM) , Saturday (Half Days)
Job Description:
- Provide timely assistance and resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Assists customers with shipment booking and queries and handles customer inquiries professionally and accurately
- Addresses customer complaints with empathy and finds suitable resolutions to ensure effective and efficient service recovery.
- Takes ownership of customer issues and ensures timely resolution, including collaboration with other teams across the organization.
- Identifies and mitigates potential issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manages customer cases and service requests efficiently, documenting interactions accurately
- Assists customers in tracking their shipments and providing real-time updates.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in speaking in English
- SPM holders with minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Fresh graduates with Diploma and Degree are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
Allowances:
Fix contact centre allowance: RM400/month
Contractual bonus : 1 month (depend on performance)

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
