We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Quality & Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of day-to-day business operations related to collections.
  • Monitor and analyze payment collection trends and implement strategies to improve collections performance, focusing on key agents.
  • Communicate with clients and agents regarding payment reminders and recovery actions.
  • Collaborate with managers to discuss collection trends and implement workflow improvements to enhance business quality.
  • Initiate welcome calls for special accounts to build relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Prepare and manage daily collection reports, providing key insights to directors

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
