We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Quality & Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of day-to-day business operations related to collections.
- Monitor and analyze payment collection trends and implement strategies to improve collections performance, focusing on key agents.
- Communicate with clients and agents regarding payment reminders and recovery actions.
- Collaborate with managers to discuss collection trends and implement workflow improvements to enhance business quality.
- Initiate welcome calls for special accounts to build relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and manage daily collection reports, providing key insights to directors
Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
