  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Roadshow Executive will assist the Roadshow Manager in planning, organizing, and executing roadshow events to promote the company’s products or services. The role involves coordinating logistics, supporting event set-up, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of all roadshow activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Role: Provide on-site support during roadshows, including set-up, registration, and customer engagement to promote wellness products and leads generation.
  • Promotion Support: Work with the marketing team to distribute promotional materials and assist with social media/event promotion efforts.
  • Team Coordination: Assist with coordinating on-site staff and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in roadshow event management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed including weekends.
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
  • Must possess own transport.
