  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

As a Network Project / Service Manager, you will be part of the Project Delivery team that ensures all projects and SOW are well-planned and managed. You are required to have IT experience and broad knowledge across infrastructure and networking technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing project leadership and management of the projects, leading from inception to completion
  • Project Administration in supporting the Client
  • Acting as a Single Point of Contact in Client Engagement
  • Owning the project scope, SLA and cost plan; resource allocation and managing project timeline
  • Forecasting revenue and costs of ongoing projects/contracts with minimum deviation
  • Monitoring/ Tracking P&L of ongoing projects/contracts
  • Managing costs of ongoing contracts to ensure project margins targets are met
  • Liaising with PMA, CSU Finance in matters of :-
  • Revenue forecast and accrual
  • Cost forecast and posting
  • Evaluating needs and delivering continuous process and service improvements

Customer/Vendor Management

  • Negotiate with vendors and across teams to ensure adequate resources are available during various phases of the project
  • Negotiate with customers on change request effort, schedules and prioritize changes based on business needs
  • Clear and open communication with customers on project issues or clarifications

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of IT project management experience
  • Strong knowledge in process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
  • Good customer management experience
  • Able to travel as required
  • Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM8,500.00 per month
