- Manage customer orders from placement to delivery, including order processing, scheduling, and tracking
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs
- Analyse production data, such as inventory levels and capacity utilization, to identify bottlenecks and other inefficiencies
- Collaborate with production supervisors, warehouse /receiving and engineers to optimize production processes and improve product quality
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with purchaser to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in production processes
- Monitor on production performance and plan for recovery if necessary
- Maintain accurate production performance and generate reports for management and customers
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth integration of production plans with overall business goals
- Communicate with customers on order status, delivery dates, and any potential issues or delays
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
