  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • Mandarin is required as to handle calls with mandarin speaking enquiries.
  • Identify Prospective clients and arrange for pitch meetings.
  • Work with the tour operations team to plan the clients’ custom travel itineraries.
  • Prepare tour proposals, and negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Strong ability to handle clients’ objections, and must be able to upsell.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships and ensure that the client's needs are met.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Handling ad-hoc unforeseen travel problems and after-sales customer queries/complaints.
  • Provide suggestions and advice on travel documents, travel advisories, travel requirements, import and export regulations, and travel insurance.
  • Achieve sales targets in relation to the company’s business plan. Monitor sales progress, sales report preparation and recap with HOD & Management periodically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
