Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets.
  • Stock guest room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are inspected thoroughly, and any maintenance issues are reported immediately to superior / Maintenance
  • Restock supplies such as coffee, tea, and water in guest rooms .
  • Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored after use.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Report any lost and found items to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
  • Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.
  • Providing turndown services as per requirement.
  • Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • SPM or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and stand for long periods of time
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
