  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field of studies.
  • Candidate with 2 years of experience as team leader/supervisor within the food processing industry will be prioritized.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., JAKIM, BKKM).
  • Possessed strong work ethics
  • Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Have own transport

Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate all production activities/workflow; work closely with production planner to ensure production ran smoothly with good quality control execution.
  • Receiving incoming raw material and packing material.
  • Ensure all production entry and related documents are fill up promptly and keep up to date daily.
  • Take part in stock taking of production related goods.
  • Liaise with related cross-departmental PIC such as purchasing, marketing, QC, HR, logistics etc.
  • Oversee, record, and compile all relevant QC activities on a scheduled basis according to JAKIM & BKKM requirements.
  • Pay attention to detail and display high level of meticulousness to ensure products produced are adhered to Halal & Food Safety Standard.
  • Perform daily personnel hygiene check to ensure the safety & cleanliness of the products produced.
  • Keep track and arrange calibration for all machineries & equipment in accordance with Halal & Food Safety Standard’s requirements.
  • Supervise pest control activities conducted by appointed external contractor.
  • Monitor and eliminate of any possible risk and quality-deviation to avoid any possible contamination that could affect quality of the batch of product.
  • Respond and handle feedback/complaints from customers related to QC. Provide corrective action and preventing measures to the problem.
  • Motivate and encourage subordinates to achieve maximum productivity
  • Keep track and make sure all production related goods: packing materials, raw materials and etc are always at sufficient level.
  • Processing of raw material/products.
  • Packing of finished goods.
  • Distributing outgoing finished goods.
  • Arrange and monitor all inbound of raw material and packing material, outbound of finished goods; and allocate manpower for respective station.
