Account Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Daily accounting task – maintain and issuance of invoices, debit note, credit note and receipts accurately and in compliance to SST and e-invoice requirements
· Maintain good filing system and keep it up to date
· Maintain and monitoring accounts receivables and bank reconciliations.
· Document management - Organize and maintain the documents and reports to ensure the efficient workflow.
· Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial and operational processes
· Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
· Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
