  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

An MNC Retail company is looking for Retail Sales Assistant at Sunway Pyramid! Career Progression/Development will be provided!

About the Role:

  • Being on top of the brands’ product knowledge to ensure customers are assisted well with their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, informing customers of our current promotions, best seller items .
  • Involved with the Visual Merchandising team to guarantee the store is in accordance to our brand guidelines, displays are serving to attract customers to walk in to the store .
  • Contribute positively to achieving individual and group sales target.
  • Ensure Store Opening, Closing and sales transactions are in line with the SOP of our brands .
  • Proper care of stocks, inventory, mannequins and any items within the store at all times .
  • Directly involved in working with the inventory & merchandising team to ensure the floor inventory and stocks are with no losses by conducting stock counts and receiving.
  • Being the Company representative by complying with Brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
  • Minimum 3 months of working experience in the retail field is required for this position.
  • Passionate in fashion/sports/apparel retail.
  • Highly motivated with good insight of customer service .
  • Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure .
  • Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work according to the retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
