  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : Regional HR Manager

Location : Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Salary : up to RM 10,000

Working Days : Monday – Friday

Job Scope

· Act as the local HR representative, managing all HR-related functions and processes for Malaysia, Singapore and the regional office

  • Oversee all HR functions, from recruitment to exit processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Manage payroll processing with external vendors, ensuring timely payments and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate training programs, source training providers, and track employee development.
  • Keep employee benefits competitive and policies updated to reflect industry standards.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations, while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement through team-building activities, surveys, and initiatives to foster a great work culture.
  • Support HR teams in different business units, providing guidance and reviewing proposals.
  • Work closely with the Regional HR Director on strategic HR initiatives and expansion plans.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

· At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably with regional exposure.

· Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.

· Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HR software.

· Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).

· Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide HR personnel.

· Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
