Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service with attention to guest needs and optimize the quality of hospitality.
  • Coordinate the daily operations of the Reservation department.
  • Collaborate with Sales on prepaid cards, group bookings, VIP bookings, corporate accounts, and adherence to cut-off dates.
  • Ensure efficient communication and workflows between shifts and departments.
  • Keep associates updated on room rate changes, promotions, and policies.
  • Track cancellations and no-shows, and improve procedures.
  • Maximize revenue through room upselling and manage guest bookings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and government bodies.
  • Respond to all correspondence within 24 hours.
  • Produce periodic room forecasts and collaborate with Sales & Marketing on statistical reports.
  • Oversee room inventory and occupancy forecasts.
  • Perform other duties as required by the superior.

Qualifications:

  • Studies in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications or courses in hospitality management are an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a reservation or front office role, ideally in a hospitality environment.
  • Experience in supervising or managing teams is a plus.
  • Experience in managing corporate accounts, group bookings, or VIP clients.
