Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and highlight daily specials.
- Provide accurate information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take guest orders and ensure satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues.
- Prepare and serve drinks, food, and specialty dishes while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Upsell menu items, beverages, and special meals to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, reset tables promptly after guests leave.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages.
- Adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality certification is a plus).
- Previous F&B experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic cooking knowledge and food preparation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team-oriented, well-presented, and adheres to grooming standards.
