In this position, you'll are required to:
- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.
To excel in this role, you'll require:
- Able to converse fluently using Korean and English
- Possess at least TOPIK4 or above/ Graduate University in Korea
- Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Working Hours:Rotational Shift - 5 days working
