In this position, you'll are required to:

  • Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • Able to converse fluently using Korean and English
  • Possess at least TOPIK4 or above/ Graduate University in Korea
  • Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
  • Working Hours:Rotational Shift - 5 days working
